Mr. Dzako Agbetor, Tourism Consultant to the South Dayi District Assembly, who developed the just hoped the product would be developed and produced on large scale to give employment to young people in the district. Mr. Kafui Semenu Bekui, District Chief Executive of South Dayi, said that currently, the product is being produced on a small scale though demand for it is quite high and called on investors to come and invest in the area. He said the District has about 200 hectares of "uncommitted documented land" that investors could take advantage.
Mr. Bekui said the District is strategically endowed with water bodies for aquaculture, entertainment and agriculture. "We also have mountain ranges with caves which could also be developed into tourist sites", he said.
