Stop disturbing me, you can’t tell me how to live my life – A Plus to NPP Ministers

Known for his ‘no nonsense’ and candor, staunch member of the New Patriotic Party and Musician, A Plus, has served warning to Ministers and Deputy Ministers of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) who have made it a point to ‘call’ or ‘text’ him as part of efforts to ‘cool’ him down whenever he takes to social media to ‘spit fire’ over some bad decisions being taken by the incumbent government.

The fact that he supported the party to win power, he insists, doesn’t guarantee its leadership any right to assume they have any hold on his utterances or actions.

A Plus maintains that he would not hesitate to ‘hit’ out at government at any point he thinks they need to be ‘bashed’ as a wake-up call.

In a post on his Facebook page, the musician wrote; “The only time NPP people remember I exist is when I write the truth they don’t want to hear. Then all of a sudden they remember my number. Then you’ll find all their ministers and their deputies and whoever calling and sending me messages and screenshots from websites; Kwame did you say this? Kwame did you write that?”

“You people behave as if I owe you something. I only supported you to win power. It ends there. You cannot tell me how to live my life. You cannot tell me what to say and what not. I’m not a member of your communication team.”

The nonchalant NPP Member insists that he will, regardless of which party is in power, criticize and ‘make all the noise’ when need arises.

“Enjoy your power and leave me to be a citizen and not a spectator... Take a screenshot and share it in your WhatsApp groups” he continued.
