My colleagues who represented our school at the Brilliant science and Maths quiz are doctors at the Tamale Teaching hospital. Some of our colleagues are mentoring other young ones as lecturers and head teachers, some are successful entrepreneurs and we have bankers and insurance brokers among us. We all are convinced that our time in GHANASCO, the tuition we had and the bond we developed studying here continue to drive us to attain greater heights”
He disclosed that most past students are not unaware of the challenges the school was as disclosed by the current management
“We are not unaware of the challenges we faced here due to the inadequate infrastructure and the fact that many have deteriorated even further after all these years. That’s why in discussion with the school authority we decided to refurbish the library to provide a conducive place for learning and to preserve the books which we hope will send a signal to continuing students that all they need to do better than us in conquering the world can be found in books and in the library. We pray it’s well maintained and put to good use. In all about GH ¢42000 was contributed by all of us to carry out the project”, he disclosed.
