FAKS Investigative Services, a Ghanaian research and background investigations company is currently conducting a survey on the performances of Ministers, Deputy Ministers, Regional Ministers and as well as the Members Parliament.
This year’s survey, which is the second edition, started in September 2013 and it is expected to end in early December, this year.
The survey is been conducted across the country with focus on Accra, Tema, Kumasi, Ho, Tamale, Koforidua, Wa, Bolga, Sunyani, Cape Coast and Takoradi.
The survey is seeking the opinion of Ghanaians which of these persons (MPMs) mentioned above is doing well and also deserve to be recognized. However, the project team will take into consideration of various project executed by these MPMs, especially the Ministers.
The team assessment will be part of the opinions from the public. This year our target is to interview not less than 4,000 Ghanaians nationwide.
Based on the outcome of the survey, Members of Parliament and Ministers (MPMs) Excellence Awards will be held in December, 2013 to recognize them as such.
However, there are some of them who stand tall among their colleagues and they need to be recognized in an outstanding way.
This year our main focus will be on projects execution for various Ministries, Regional sectors and works by MPs at various committee levels and the flour of the house as well as response to Government activities.
However, Ghanaians are expected to give their opinion on Service Performances to their respective Ministries, Public Appearance and Character, of their respective MPMs.
During the first edition of the survey, the deserving winners were announced to the general public but the project team did not recognize them with awards. However, we want to create it for this year and the subsequence years.
At the end of the survey, FAKS Investigative Services will score the performances of MPMs and position them accordingly.
The score will be in this form; 85-100% Excellence; 75-85% Very Good; 65-75% Good; Partial 50-65%.
