The Vice-President elect of Ghana, Prof Jane Naana Opku Agyemang has urged all to come on board as the work to make Ghana better has commenced.
She is of the firm view that there is no time for honeymoon as they need to reset Ghana and make it better.
The Vice President-elect was addressing Ghanaians at John Dramani Mahama’s residence when she made this known.
“The journey is over; the work is about to begin,” she stated on December 9 with a tone of determination and hope.
Reflecting on the significance of her nomination and subsequent victory, she said “My nomination has so many implications. This victory is for all of us, especially for our daughters, youth, and mothers.”
Prof. Opoku-Agyemang pledged to serve as a trailblazer, emphasizing her commitment to inclusivity and empowerment.
