The Chief of Assin Andoe in the Assin South District who doubles as the Adontenhene of Apimanim Traditional council Nana Kwaku Atta Banafo has pleaded with Ghanaians especially married couples to be careful about their utterances whenever they quarrel.

According to him, fighting in marriage or relationship is normal but when the anger leads to invoking a curse, it becomes dangerous.

He said, “someone will say, I will not marry again, I won’t allow sex again, when I do thunder should strike me, but they mostly forget about those comment when their temper is down.”

Nana Atta Banafo made these comments after thunder killed a married couple on their farm at Assin Andoe Sibo Junction yesterday.
