The governing New Patriotic Party before assuming power made several pledges to the Ghanaian populace. Among these were promises to resolve issues regarding the unreliable power supply, high taxation regime, rising interest rates, and unstable currency among others.

Nearly 100 days into Nana Addo’s governance, some Ghanaians have expressed their satisfaction about his style of governance especially on the fulfillment of the abolishment of nuisance taxes and tax cuts in his maiden budget which he promised during the campaign.

Others, have applauded him for his readiness to kick-start the free senior high school policy in September and for his firm decision to ban the purchase of new state vehicles among others.

Well, clearly, not everyone is happy about the turn of events within this period of the NPP’s governance but others are optimistic for better days ahead. Here’s the view of some Ghanaians on the feats and drawbacks of President Akufo-Addo in his first 100 days in office.
