The entire leadership of the Pentecost Students and Associates(PENSA) of the University of Energy and Natural Resources(UENR) on Sunday, 9th February paid a working visit to the SRC President, H. E Joseph Adomako Junior.

The visit came along as a moment to share and reminisce about the blends of Christianity and Politics, which others see as independent of Christianity.

The SRC President, a PENSA member, shared with the executives his life story and further touched on the Vision possessing the nation’s agenda of The Church of Pentecost by transforming every sphere of society with godly values and principles. The SRC President challenged the PENSA executives to show the way by engaging in decent leadership devoid of animosity.

He called on them to exhibit a high level of patriotism by praying for the welfare of the University every time they meet as a church.

He also urged them to be good citizens by involving themselves, eschewing bribery and corruption and other vices that do not promote the development of our University.

He, therefore, called on the PENSA executives and PENSA members to help end the antagonistic politics being practised by some students which according to him is derailing the development of the SRC.

The PENSA President, Mr Elvis Bani, also took turns to share some stories of the bible on how Jesus diligently and soberly tread the earth, though opposing forces mounted so strong, he accomplished the purpose of His coming. He acknowledged the President for his good work and vision for the SRC.

The entire leadership prayed for the President and hoped for a successful administration in the coming days.

On that good note, the SRC President accepted their proposal for merging with the SRC to roll out an Environmental Campaign to sensitise members of the University about cleanliness.
