UK based Ghanaian enstooled chief

A 62-year-old U.K.-based retired Ghanaian Civil Servant has been enstooled Ankobeahene of Akim Dwenase in the Kwaebibirem District .

His stool name is Nana Abrokwa Gyampem Adjei. He is known in private life as Oheneba Akwasi Adjei and is the son of the late Nana Adjei, one time chief of Akim Dwenase. He spent 34 years in the United Kingdom , with 25 years in Her Majesty Civil Service. He retired at the age of 58.

Nana Abrokwa Adjei was the head of Dwenase citizens based in London and acted as President of Abuakwa Susubiribi Great Britain Association, that has contributed immensely towards the development of Dwenase township and its surrounding villages.

His enstoolment was witness by the chiefs and people of Kade, Boadua, Topremang, Akwatia and surrounding areas.

Nana Abrokwa Adjei assured this people that he would continue to help in the development of the town and asked for their support at all times.
