The youth in Ghana have been admonished to use social media to help find solution to the current economic challenges facing people in country than abusing the online communication channels.
"Get exposed, go to town and observe trend, media, technology and the world", Deputy National Youth Director, Church of Pentecost, Elder Amos Kelvin Annan charged.
"Be sensitive to times. ...sharing and giving [information]," the Guest Speaker encouraged during a National Leaders' Summit held in the Ashanti Regional capital Kumasi for Calvary Charismatic Centre (CCC) youth from all the ten regions.
The three-day Summit is under the theme: "Possessing the Land" which started Wednesday, August 8, 2018 and expected to end Friday.
An Associate Pastor of CCC, Ayigya branch, Pastor Joshua Obeng who also delivered a speech urged the youth to eschew all forms of social deviations pointing out such behaviors are against Christianity.
"Be passionate to God's work and do not engage yourself into drinking, smoking and other stuff which will destroy your life as Christians", the international preacher advised calling on parents to do monitoring of their children's movement especially when they left for school.
"Parents we have to seek the welfare of our children because it our responsibility to ensure they live Christ-like life", Pastor Joshua Obeng stated
