The Vice President, Professor John Atta Mills, left Accra today at the head of a five-member delegation, to Dakar to attend an economic forum. The two-day, "forum on the future competitiveness of African economies", is being organised by the United Nations Development Programme, (UNDP) and would be attended by representatives of the Organization of African Unity and the African development Bank. The Vice President is expected to deliver a paper at the summit. The delegation include Ghanaian economists and the UNDP representative in Ghana, Dr Abdoulye Janneh.
