The video spotted by Ghanaweb, shows the minister enjoying himself at a New Patriotic Party (NPP) event.

Dressed in a crisp white long-sleeved shirt, brown trousers, and dark sunglasses, Henry Quartey is seen walking confidently while dancing happily to King Paluta’s hit Makoma playing at the event.

His upbeat demeanor lit up the gathering as he warmly greeted an unidentified individual with a handshake, exuding enthusiasm and joy.
