Asante Kotoko head coach, Prosper Narteh Ogum, expressed his satisfaction with his team's tactical discipline despite conceding a goal in their 1-1 draw against Young Apostles FC at the Obuasi Len Clay Stadium.

Kotoko, who are temporarily playing away from the Baba Yara Stadium due to renovations, went behind in the 51st minute when Daniel Lomotey scored for the newly promoted side. However, Emmanuel Antwi equalized with a long-range effort in the 76th minute.

In a post-game interview, Ogum highlighted his team’s ability to maintain its structure after conceding.

"We saw more of the ball, created more chances, especially in the first half," Ogum noted. "When they scored, we didn’t lose our shape, we kept to our structure, injected energy into our play, and looked more purposeful to equalize.”

The result leaves Kotoko with four points from their first two games in the Ghana Premier League, and they will hope to return to winning ways in their next game against Berekum Chelsea.
