Hearts of Oak head coach, Aboubakar Ouattara, has stressed the importance of staying grounded following a second win in the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League season.

The gaffer and his side cruised past Young Apostles with a 2-1 win on Sunday in Week 6 of the ongoing league campaign.

Speaking in his post-match interview, Coach Aboubakar Ouattara admitted that it was a tough game.

The tactician further rallied his players to stay focused and work harder in training to win more games in the upcoming matches of the season.

“Today’s match was a very tough match. I knew it could be difficult for us. Young Apostles have a very good side. We tried to maintain them, and we got the 3 points. I think it's our second win. We can’t jubilate too much,” Coach Aboubakar Ouattara said.

The coach continued, “We will continue to work hard and see what will happen for us this season. It’s not easy, but we are going to do our best.”

Following the 2-1 win against Young Apostles, Hearts of Oak has climbed to 8th in the Ghana Premier League standings.
