The General Secretary of the Liberal Party of Ghana (LPG), Mrs. Margaret Obrine Sarfo has reaffirmed the party’s commitment to develop the country by using ‘wee’.

She explained that legalizing marijuana in Ghana would solve the issue of unemployment which the country is currently facing and also boost the private sector.

“Vote for Kofi Akpaloo as President for 2020 and when you do that, trust us we will turn Ghana around and Ghana will be a better place for everybody because we are going to legalize marijuana”, Mrs. Margaret Obrine Sarfo told Kwaku Dawuro on Medo Ghana on Accra based Kingdom FM 107.7.

She said when Ghana legalizes wee, it would create a lot of employment for Ghanaians.

According to Mrs. Margaret Obrine Sarfo, the legalization is for industrial purpose explaining that Coca Cola is made from wee, glass is made from wee, phone cover is produced from wee, the wee seeds are used to produced wee.

Regardless of the psychological, mental, legal and health implications of its use, she defended that the party believes the socio-economic value and health benefits of the plant are enormous to ignore its legalization.

Mrs. Margaret Obrine Sarfo said the “indigenous African sacred herb” remains key to resuscitating Ghana’s wobbling economic quagmire and financial abyss – it is used for making car dashboards, door handles, clothes, and treatment of cancer, convulsion, epilepsy among others.
