The Meteorological Service Department on Tuesday announced that the weather would be partly cloudy over the entire country with widespread morning mist of fog patches over most places of southern Ghana. This is expected to clear by mid-morning to give way to a bright and sunny day except for thunderstorms, which may kick off just over a few areas of southern Ghana, however the coast will remain fair. Early morning hill fog is also expected over the sheltered areas of southern Ghana tomorrow.
Maximum an minimum temperatures between 0600 hours on Tuesday and 0600 hours on Wednesday were given as:
Coastal areas, between 30 and 23 degrees Celsius;
Forest and mountainous areas, between 31 and 21 degrees Celsius
Northern Ghana, between 33 and 22 degrees Celsius.
