In a heartwarming display of generosity and commitment to community development, Gloria Poku-Adusei, wife of the NPP Parliamentary Candidate for Bekwai, Lawyer Ralph Poku-Adusei, celebrated her birthday by giving back to the constituency.

In response to an appeal made to her husband during his visit to the site, Mrs. Poku-Adusei presented six packets of roofing sheets to re-roof the dilapidated public toilet at the Denyase industrial area.

This gesture will greatly improve the sanitation and hygiene conditions for users.

To improve visibility and safety in the industrial area, especially in the evenings, Mrs. Poku-Adusei donated four boxes of streetlights containing eight streetlamps.

In a bid to promote feminine hygiene and dignity, Mrs. Poku-Adusei donated fifteen boxes of sanitary pads to the girls of Denyaseman Secondary School.

This kind act will help alleviate the challenges faced by many young girls in managing their menstrual health.

Through her GPA Foundation, Mrs. Gloria Poku-Adusei continues to focus on women's empowerment and the provision of water and a clean environment. Her foundation's efforts align with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals, promoting a better quality of life for all.

The people of Bekwai constituency have expressed their gratitude for her selfless acts, which demonstrate her commitment to their well-being and development.

Her husband, Lawyer Ralph Poku-Adusei, the NPP Parliamentary Candidate, praised his wife's philanthropic spirit, saying, "Her kindness and generosity inspire me to work harder for our constituency."
