The delegation visited several model prisons constructed by the company through pre- fabricated technology at the Itatinga District of Sao Paolo .

After the inspection, it was agreed that exchange programmes among prison officials of the two countries be planned in the spirit of mutual cooperation.

The two parties agreed to engage each other to work out the construction and architectural designs in Ghana, taking into account the environmental, cultural and financial implications.
