Yapei Kusawgu: John Jinapor donates to constituents

The Member of Parliament for the Yapei-Kusawgu Constituency of the Savannah Region Hon. John Abudulai Jinapor has donated some items to his constituents for the second time as part of his effort for the containment of the Coronavirus.

The items were presented at Yapei, the Constituency headquarters on 16th April, 2020 for onward distribution to critical points across the length and breadth of the constituency.

Items that were presented at a short ceremony include; 100 Veronica buckets, 2500 hand sanitizers, 3000 liquid soaps,1500 nose mask, 1000 gloves and 3000 Tissue papers among others.

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Secretary for Yapei- Kusawgu Constituency Latif lddi Atingpo said all the donations are meant to complement the MP’s effort to aggressively fight the Coronavirus.

Speaking at a brief ceremony at Yapei, the MP cautioned his constituents to strictly comply with the directives the World Health organisation (of WHO) the Ministry of Health (MOH) and the Ghana Health Service (GHS).

Chiefs, residents, women groups, youth groups, NDC party faithful all expressed gratitude to the MP for his good and charitable works and implored him to continue in that regard.

It would be recalled that Hon. John Jinapor donated some items to the Central Gonja District Health Directorate on 31st March, 2020 to help fight the deadly virus.
