Minister of Finance Dr. Mohammed Amin Adam has issued a stern warning to the National Democratic Congress (NDC) not to dare attempt any violent conduct before, during or after the 2024 polls.

He disclosed that the NDC has no monopoly over violence as they sought to portray to Ghanaians, indicating that the New Patriotic Party(NPP) is fully prepared for them.

The minister, who is also the Member of Parliament(MP) for Karaga, while addressing party supporters at Kumbungu in the Northern Region, dared the NDC to initiate any wrong move during the polls and that they would live to regret it.

"I am urging you all to come out in your numbers on December 7 and vote massively for the NPP Parliamentary Candidate for Kumbungu and the Dr Mahamudu Bawumia for President. I have no doubt in my mind that Hon Fataw Salam will be in parliament in 2025 because he has proven to be hardworking. Let us make him our MP and make Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia President," he urged.

He, however, served caution "…but let me warn the NDC that the NPP stands for peace. The blood that runs through their veins is the same blood NPP members have.

They have no monopoly over violence, and if they dare attempt any act of violence during the polls, we shall face them squarely. Let anyone try and will see what awaits that person."
