  Please, it is a bare fact that some teachers usually don`t wait till the approval of their study leave with pay before they go into the institutions in which they have been offered admission.Now, my comment is that, the time of approval of study leave with pay for the concerned teachers to go to school usually takes a long time.It is usually done at the time the concerned teachers suppose to be in the school and even be preparing towards their end of semester examinations.This really is the situation that compelled some teachers to go to school while waiting for the approved list to come out for check up and the disturbances on the superiors to grant them the leave when they are not given the chance.Thank you.
