You all got it wrong! Judges numbering 20 does not mean all will be sitting at the same time and for cases to be despatched it could be 2 sets at a different court rooms. Torkornu is a genius, hail her,ghana.
With the current 15, she could enpanel 2 sets of 7 judges (sufficien) to sit on two different courts and work fast to deliver cases. If she requires five judges, that could give three sets. If five more are added, that will ...
