@Maame Abena considering the sensitivity of the issue which is the production of food, it's hard to believe that Govt. isn't well intentioned, i agree with Amu Djoleto in his Book Money Galore when he expatiated that the ultimate objective of public servants is not the rendering of good services to the public but rather to be self serving the character of Mr Avuga played this role rather very well in the book. With this kind of thinking in the public services which has the backing of the constitution it's not difficult to see the irony of the situation, many people Dr Sakara has called for a constitutional review to cure(Kwaku Baako) this issue but it seems the critical mass(operations) of Ghanains are at lost of their bearings and until they find the time to consider the state of things the issue of food production will continue to be talk shop
