ZOMBIE, BUGA, BUGA PARTY IN THEIR USUAL LOWS!
NDC’S OWN DRAFTED CONSTITUTION IS NOW BITTING ALAN BAGBIN AND HIS P/ NDC VERY PAINFULLY! DIDN’T ALAN BAG— EBINI CITED A CONSTITUTIONAL CLAUSE TO DECLARE THE SEATS VACANT?
AND WHICH ARM OF THE GOVERNMENT IS SOLELY VESTED WITH THE AUTHORITY TO INTERPRET THE GHANAIAN CONSTITUTION?
Alban Child Molester Bagbin Aka, Ebini—Bag is wrong. It’s only the Supreme Court that has the right to interpret the Ghanaian constitution. The NPP, otherwise known as the Dankwa/ Busia/ Dombo tradition rejected the invite’ to participate in the constituent assembly that was formed by P/ NDC and killer Kingpin JJ Rawlings to draw the 4th Republican constitution. And so the law that Ebini Bagbin is misinterpreting was enacted by his own people.
At the time JJ Rawlings was the one was appointing all the Supreme Court justices so he made sure the constitution would favor him so that he could avoid prosecution for the numerous crimes against humanity himself and his ilks, including Bagbin have committed. So here, Alban Bagbin and his group of moronic MP stand the risk of being cited for the contempt of the court if play any stupid games!

The Supreme Court appears battle ready with its pen and paper . The Parliament of Ghana is ready with its pen and paper and sovereignty of the people. Institutional gridlock beckons in the game of thrones , as tanks from the barracks salivate at the prospects for justification in potential usurpation of power . What a mundane display of inanity in the temptation of fate by the Supreme Court? Let no one dream in this country think he or she will not accept the ruling of the Supreme Court and he or she will see his or smoothness level. When Akuffo Addo lost the election petition following the Supreme Court ruling he abide by it. Similarly, when John Mahama also lost the election petition following the Supreme Court ruling he accepted it even though both of them disagreed, they complied with the ruling of the Supreme Court. So those who think Bagbin is his own man and must step his feet down could be misleading him.
Why did the legal department of Parliament not refuse to be served with the copies of the Supreme Court ruling?

@James on the contrary, there was ABSOLUTELY nothing fictitious about the results of the 2012 elections. The late Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie, the then Secretary General of the NPP honorably ACCEPTED DEFEAT on national television. A few hours later, somebody sent him back on the same medium, in belligerent fashion this time, to disown his previous admission. They then instigated violent demonstrations across the capital which had absolutely no basis. That person has never accepted the people's verdict of 2012 and threatened a Côte D'Ivoire upheaval. MAHAMA had to endure a whole year of uncertainty in court over a genuinely won mandate!!!! You cannot distort the facts of history!!
