Alban Child Molester Bagbin Aka, Ebini—Bag is wrong. It’s only the Supreme Court that has the right to interpret the Ghanaian constitution. The NPP, otherwise known as the Dankwa/ Busia/ Dombo tradition rejected the invite’ to participate in the constituent assembly that was formed by P/ NDC and killer Kingpin JJ Rawlings to draw the 4th Republican constitution. And so the law that Ebini Bagbin is misinterpreting was enacted by his own people.

At the time JJ Rawlings was the one was appointing all the Supreme Court justices so he made sure the constitution would favor him so that he could avoid prosecution for the numerous crimes against humanity himself and his ilks, including Bagbin have committed. So here, Alban Bagbin and his group of moronic MP stand the risk of being cited for the contempt of the court if play any stupid games!

Even if you are not a lawyer or a judge, you will notice the points I have presented above. The Speaker is right in applying the law because he quoted it in the Constitution. If we don't like the law, that is why the Constitution has also made a provision for an amendment. We must not use the court to deny or reject the right that is effected in the parliament.

Hahahaha, the laws are talking and ruling. Do the MPs at the Parliament know more law than the Judges at the Supreme Court? This is no BUGABUGA Courts like they happened under Efo Jeremiah John Rawlings the murderer.

There should be positive defiance . Just like parliament can't stop the work of the judiciary they must not tolerate this nonsense from the supreme court . Very irritating

God will punish all of you for deliberately changing every situation to suit your political affiliation. So the so called supreme court is not aware that the people of SALL has been denied representation in parliament by this wicked government. If the judges know this and pretend never heard about it before, then God should send incurable sickness to attack all of them especially the chief Justice who has been spearheading all these politically motivated rulings making Ghana:s Supreme court laughable across the globe.
Something strange and unprecedented will happen tomorrow to those who see something white and describe it to be black and vice-versa.

The law for them to vacate their seats is only effective and applicable before the December elections. The law can never be effected after the December elections. Even if you are not a lawyer or a judge, you will notice the points I have presented above. The Speaker is right in applying the law because he quoted it from the Constitution. If we do not like the law, that is why the Constitution has also made a provision for an amendment. We must not use the court to deny or reject the right that is being effected in parliament. A word to wise people is always at Okponglo!

They are still bonafide MPs until their Constituencies deny them that right after the presidibg Electoral Officer has signed the election results in the December elections declaring them otherwise for another Party.

For now they are the ones whose names are gazetted in the Hansard as MPs for their Parties in their Constituencies and the Speaker has no powers to change that information or delete it unilatetally!
