  The Presidential Debate held in Tamale featuring, the current Prez. Mr Mahama, Mr Sakara and Mr Ayariga revealed the contradictory pointers of the view of the Constitution when it came to having a National Development Plan. The current Prez. accredited the wholeness of the Constitution in it's present State, Whiles Mr Mahama tried a form of reconciliation to accommodate the uncertainly presented by Elections and the general Nature of Party Politics
  Ultimately Gh. and they're Officialdom must come to the place where they understand that the Constitution as it currently stands is handicapped and unless that is remedies they and their lives will be built in such a Fashion
