Domedo is what it is because of the peculiar way it is prepared. It has no quality comparison anywhere in the world. When you grill pork in a modern oven, it is called roast pork and the taste is as different as the distance from Accra to the North Pole. Truly, domedo has no equal in the broad range of choice Ghanaian foods. It is a highly under-publicized, under-rated and unknown culinary delight. Were it to be given its rightful position on the menu of high-ranking Ghanaian foods, it would attract too many suitors and thus a high inflation that would take it out of the reach of many of its loyal followers. So please, let's remain low profile on the "domass".
