Remember how Rawlings was carrying his own bags through the airport? After 2016 see the amount of money that Akuffo Addo was chopping with his appointees. Cecilia Dapaah, Bank of Ghana Ghc 60 billion etc. Whatever the situation, Mahama will cancel exgratia. Nana Addo will receive nothing and will also pay tax.
