There is no point insulting people. Yes, the 1D1F, though a good idea, was poorly managed by the ministry responsible. It could have offered jobs for some of the unemployed youth in the country. Take a trip to Techiman, a tomato factory built by the Italian Govt for the Ghana Govt just before HE Kufuor exited the scene and commissioned by Hon. Ahwoi in 2011 with water is still lying fallow with not a single can of tomato produced from the plant. I will urge the new government to turn its attention to factories like these and reactivate them to offer jobs for both farmers and the youth. That's the way to go.
