The guy is completeley clueless and incompetent and only got in charge because of he is ghanaian and has openly supported npp and the current gfa where the same peoole are still there. Those who blame it all on otto addo and call his sacking during the ongoing wc qualification have no idea how football works. Look at the blackstars abysmal performances in 2017, 2019 and 2021 under Appiah, Milon Rajevac and Ck Akonnor the blackstars play like absolute shit since 2015 failed to qualify for the 2018 WC, got humilited against comores in afcon, tell me where was Otto Addo back then when this happened? The problems we hve now is just the result of gfa's corruption, incompetent people who man important positions such as john paintsil, olele, ck akonnor and maxwell konadu and the lack of quality in ghanaian football mediocore players, a weak league and lack of talented determined young players. Otto Addo has nothing to do with this

I find myself puzzled by the FA's choice to keep a coach with Otto Addo's track record. His tactical approach is inconsistent, and he seems to lack an understanding of the type of strong, competitive alpha male players needed to perform well in international tournaments. Prime example are the useless players he brought in from Germany. Despite his inadequate profile, the decision has been made to retain him. Additionally, the involvement of Randy Abbey and the outdated management committee raises questions. Is there truly no fresh perspective or innovative management strategy that the FA can explore? The current management committee's approach is overly intrusive and undermines any coach's credibility. Why not appoint Randy Abbey as the head coach, considering he will effectively have the final say in all matters concerning Black Stars football?
