  Without giving specific details of the crime the chap has committed, i don't think anybody is going to take this EOCO "Wanted" notice serious. Then again what is the bounty or reward involved? Is the guy wanted dead or alive? ...

  Without giving specific details of the crime the chap has committed, i don't think anybody is going to take this EOCO "Wanted" notice serious. Then again what is the bounty or reward involved? Is the guy wanted dead or alive? What is his known place of residences? Where does he regularly hang out? What locations is he likely to have absconded to?The EOCO notice is too amateurish to be taken serious.

  Tell us the rate of his crime for us to compare it to others we already know so we can report them. EOCO must get serious about its work, go after long serving criminal government appointees and stop the witch hunting of probably first time offenders just to prove that they are doing a good job.

Any offer from the police will not come from Dampare's pocket therefore why?
