That party submits further to the legal process, loses and then says, we're following our internal systems and procedures for that matter.

Rev. Hold on to the results. The students themselves and their teachers know they cheated. This is becoming too much in Ghana. No wonder students don't study these days. They know they will get "apor" or they will be taught in the exams room. But having said this, Rev., you must check you own people. They are the primary cause of exams malpractices in the country. Charity begins at home.
