  Dr. These days the time wasters are not TVs. They are Social Media on phones. I beg to differ. What makes employees serious or not is not the presence or absence of a TV but performance indicators called targets and sanctions for non-performance like suspensions, dismissals and other disciplinary action as well as bonuses etc for those who exceed their targets.

Let's be a determined country instead of making ourselves laughing stock in this modern technological age. Do we keep television in construction site nor in a carpentry shop ? Why in offices ?
