    Workers are glued to TV sets and they don't pay attention to what they are paid for. Receptionist are rude and hardly pay attention to visitors to their facilities

    Abolishing of TV is reasonable but phone, because anything can happen, for example maybe your child is seriously sick and your attention is needed, phone is imperative but don't manipulate it during working hours
