  Considering how peeved you are with the Commission, are you sure you are open to the recommendation in case it doesn’t go your way? . I suggest that if you have read the law well (Act 989) , you should proceed to the high court for resolution instead of seeking justice from the public.
  
  The executive secretary cannot be defended when it comes to the release of information due to certain issues, but that should not deter you from seeking justice.
