Hello youth of Ghana. You can take your own life with medicine......for instance 10 paracetamol at once......or combine medicine and akpeteshie or weedicide.
That doesn't make any diplomatic sense. Do those deported people have visa to stay in Costa Rica? Those people has the same problem. You can't stay in a country without a proper visa.
