That project had funding and therefore then government had to complete them. The truth is the kind of contractors the NDC awarded the projects to. Competent ones completed them in good time like the one in Frafraha. I can challenge ant journalist to investigate the uncompleted EBlocks and the contractors involved. Check how much money was paid to the contractor. Go to MOE, check whether money was not available to pay and draw your own conclusions.
