The governor of the Bank of England is not an Economist or Financial expect. He was a historian. The only thing is that, he worked in the bank and assumed some politically appointed roles as Chief Executive of some financial institutions - note that these are policy making and regulatory institutions.

1.tge minister spoke ordinarily of the issue because of politics. As a minister, you should at least understand issue very well before you put any information our there.
2.The minister should understand that he is now a public figure not a party man on a campaign trail and therefore need not to appease any party member. I edge the minister to Allow cool head be his guide next time.

However, when a non-medical practitioner is made a minister he/she faces a lot of pressure and even intimidation, especially from these two associations (GMA and GRNMA). I believe there are people with health management experience and medical practices that should have headed the health ministry.
