Whether Atuguba is NDC or NPP the decision the Supreme Court made in January 2013 making John Mahama the President can never be change whether the election were rigged or not. We all know from the electoral commission that the elections were rigged but cant change the position of our Presidency.

Indeed, the judiciary is corrupt. Chief justice, please investigate the bribery allegation. dr. Afari Djan collected it, and the SC justices have done it again. Now who is to be trusted in Ghana
What Ghanaians might not be aware is the fact that the president John Mahama, his Executive secretary and the president of the 9 justices hearing the 2012 petition case are all Frafras. President Mahama is not a Gonja, he is a Frafra man, so you see how they played the tribal permutations, a strategy of the ruling ndc government.

He didn't say Atuguba was enrolled as a magistrate on that date bcos that would obviously not make sense ! In any case , is anybody enrolled as a magistrate or judge? Fortunately, Myjoyonline which posted the original story containing the preceding error has since rectified the error and so I expect Ghanaweb and it's patrons or subscribers to take note of the correction.
