  Is that the Western region house of chiefs? come on, lets be serious. I think they should come together to put up a nice facility after spearheading the selling of lands in the region.

  What are the duties of our chiefs? Sell lands and keep the money. Take royalties and enjoy the money.

  It is time every chief accounted for all incomes yearly; pay tax, draw budget for the development of its communities. It is not fair tomato sellers are paying tax while they make huge monies and keep it to themselves.
