How can anybody working for any decent organization not be paid for 11 months. What does the govt. think these junior doctors will live on?

How on earth can a group of people be so wicked on others? Don't these doctors have human rights? Don't they eat? Don't they have families? Don't they pay school fees? Don't they pay hospital bills?

Must it take them to picket for a minister to promise them payment? What has this country come to? Watch, next it will be teachers and others will follow for what is due them to be paid. Unfortunately however for teachers, they will be treated like 'Dogs'. Govt will send the police or 'concerned' Ghanaians to beat them and threaten to suspend or dismiss them.Do these politicians have hearts? God where are you? Let them pay for all their wickedness severely.

Comrades this is why I hate politicians whoever and wherever they are. Here in the UK they are cutting public expenses yet their own salaries have gone up by ten percent. Can you imagine that!

Government is busily creating positions for deputy ambassadors in Ghana missions abroad although these posts are not so urgent.Just job for the boys.But doctors and some staff at the ministry of foreign affairs are denied pay ...

Good news the Labour Minister intervened to give the assurance of payment. But I suggest any attempt to criminalize the Drs by prosecution will seriously affect quality service delivery . there are some professions their services when interrupted can bring havoc to the entire system. I congratulate the labour Minister for the quick action plan and the respect the junior Drs have shown. The Drs did not pose any threat or violence even though they may have breached the law. All of their actions could have been prevented. Prevention is better than cure. Modern day law and order is about prevention.
