  Stop the hypocricy and self trumpeting, Ayariga. How many offices did PNC have when you led it in 2012 elections? Wasn't that same constitution you are talking about there? Allow the smaller parties more time to setup their offices. The constitution did not say EC should make May31 the daedline. It only says political parties seeking to contest should have offices in 2/3 constituencies in the country. Besides, EC cannot just get up and hastly enforce a law that they have forgotten for over two decades.
