How many freebies, foreign trips and backhanders has the taxpayer already funded for this mind-numbingly stupid project, which should never have seen the light of day?

Please dont listen to the unpatriotic environmentalists. How much green gas does Ghana produce. The industrialised countries caused the damage. They used coal to develop. They are now brainwashing developing countries preaching about global warming, WHAT IS GLOBAL WARMING? The most serious environmental problems in Ghana is sanitation and indiscipline. Tackle the problems caused by plastic bags, land use, sewage disposal, use of trees for charcoal, putting up building structures anywhere, importation of rubbish and discarded machinery and abandoned vehicles by road sides and dusty roads. These are the real environmental challenges. Lets grab every opportunity to develop. We dont have the money for nucleur energy so we will continue to depend on fossil fuel for some time. Whose interest are we serving? the Republic of Ghana or Green Peace activists. It is our turn to develop. They have polluted the earth for so many years it is now our turn period.

Okay then remove it from your 2016 manifesto. If you don't know go and check.
Always playing the rhetorics. I as surprised when I read the last time.
Doing desperately desperate propaganda

We just panda to the whims of foreigners without scrutinizing policies whether is in the good interest of our nation or not. You run to sign this France agreement without asking how has Paris lights were powered for a century. Is coal! China is industrial Hub because of cheap energy through coal. We even have environmental friendly coal plants now... How do we turn our raw material into cheap finish goods if we don't have cheap energy. Because of money you gone to sign this STUPID anti-development energy agreement. Only to starve our nation with development. We can't think for ourselves a bit.

Coal plant? YES!!
What is green energy and how do you produce it? How do you store it? The green technology is not there yet. This green idea was sold to America so that China can take over manufacturing and offer cheap employment to 100's of millions of her citizens. Today the Chinese government is rich and Americans are asking what happened to their manufacturing and well paying blue collar jobs. Global warming is hoax.
Ghana should start with coal plants to power the growing demand of energy for industrial growth. Think of green energy later.
One coal plant would do nothing to the environment.
Smart up and do what the country needs now. The same people telling you to scrap the coal plant would turn around and call you primitive failed country because you cannot meet your energy needs.
Coal plant? YES!!
