The Ordinary Congress of the Ghana Football Association has voted to retain the 10 years experience at the Bar required of the Chairman of the Appeals Committee.
It was proposed at Congress that the ten years Bar experience of the Chairman be maintained while the Vice Chairman is also requires a similar requirement to serve on the Committee.
But Congress on Monday voted to maintain the 10 and 5 years Bar experience required by the Chairman and the Vice respectively.
73 Congressmen voted to maintain the three the requirement while five voted against the proposal with two abstaining from voting.
It has since been agreed by the Ordinary Congress of the Ghana FA that the number of years of experience at the Bar by the Chairman of the Appeals Committee and his vice remains ten and five years respectively.
