Asante Kotoko and Nations FC will renew their derby in the upcoming campaign on matchday 11 of the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League season.

The Porcupine Warriors will welcome their neighbors to the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in the first of two fixtures between the Kumasi-based clubs.

Kotoko will make a short trip to the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex for the reverse fixture on matchday 28 of the campaign.

Last season, Nations FC enjoyed the better of the rivalry, beating the Kumasi giants at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium before settling for a draw in the other game.

The fixtures for the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League season were released on Monday, July 29, 2024, with the matches set to begin on September 6th.

Nations FC finished last season in seventh place, while Asante Kotoko placed 6th, with both sides amassing the same number of points.

Asante Kotoko will begin the season with a trip to Karela United, while Nations FC engages Bechem United in Kumasi.
