MTN FA Cup champions Nsoatreman FC are set to face Chadian side Elect Sports FC in the 2024/2025 CAF Confederation Cup playoff rounds.
Nsoatreman will kick off their debut African inter-club competition at home by hosting Elect Sports in the first leg, as per the draw that took place in Cairo, Egypt on Thursday, July 11, 2024.
Their games will be played at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium, with the Accra Sports Stadium as an alternative option after resenting the two venues.
Nsoatreman won the FA Cup by defeating Bofoakwa Tano 5-4 on penalties after the match ended in a one-all draw after extra time.
In the meantime, Ghana Premier League Champions FC Sarmartex will be up against Cameroonian side Victoria United FC in the 2024/2025 CAF Champions League preliminary stage.
The qualifiers for the CAF inter-club competitions are scheduled to begin on August 18 and run through September 2024.
The main competition is set to commence from October 2024 to May 2025.
