Deputy coach of Karela United, Mallam Yahaya says the whole country will see a new and improved Karela side when the league resumes hence.
The Ayinase based club are yet to find their rhythm in the ongoing league as they lie 17th with 11 points after match week 15 of the league.
However, Mallam Yahaya has issued a strong warning to clubs like Hearts of Oak and Kotoko ahead of the second round of the 2019/20 Ghana Premier League season after his side beefed up their squad with 8 new players in the ongoing transfer window.
In an interview with Kumasi based Assh FM, he said “We can achieve a lot if we work together as a team. A lot of clubs including Asante Kotoko will suffer at our hands when the league resumes"
“If we are to play a league decider with Asante Kotoko, my team Karela United will beat Asante Kotoko.”
“We won’t allow Kotoko to beat us in a league decider. No! It will never happen under my tenure” he stressed.
