Abdul Halik Hudu says his goal is to be crowned African Footballer of the Year in future after being named the Most Promising Player for the 2015/2016 Ghana Premier League season.
The budding talent beat off competition from Medeama’s Enoch Atta Agyei and Tawfik Mohammed of New Edubiase United last Friday.
Hudu had a very remarkable season with Inter Allies where he made 19 appearances and ended the campaign with a goal on his debut season.
"Football is not just about talent. Hard work is key and I can work more harder, I can do better than what I did and even become the best player Africa in the next few years: maybe, in the next four years,” Hudu told Viasat 1.
Two months ago, he was voted the club’s Fans Player of the Season with more polls than his senior mates Gockel Ahortor, Ibrahim Alhassan, Prince Baffoe, Frederick Boateng and Osei Kwame.
