Ghana midfielder Mohammed Abu has left Manchester City to join Stromsgodset on a permanent basis.
Goal Ghana broke the news concerning the move on transfer deadline day and the Citizens have just confirmed the left-footed enforcer’s departure from the Etihad Stadium.
The 22-year-old joined City four years ago and has been playing on loan ever since without having a permanent place in Eastlands.
Abu has played for Stromsgodset, Eintracht Frankfurt, Rayo Vallecano, Lorient and Aarhus all on loan and has now returned to the Norwegian champions permanently.
