Adomah: I feel better than Bale with World Cup experience

The winger who returned to his club this week is happy to have played at the world’s biggest soccer fiesta since some well established players have not achieved that yet
Ghanaian winger Albert Adomah feels it was a great honour to play at the World Cup as more established and expensive footballers such as Gareth Bale are yet to play at that level.
Adomah joined Middlesbrough on Tuesday and featured as a substitute in their 3-1 win over Rochdale.
“As a person that is the first time I have been involved in something massive,” he told Boro’s website. “Even some of [the] greats haven’t played at a World Cup. Gareth Bale is worth £80m and he hasn’t played there.”
Adomah added: “For me to experience that was immense. It was held in Brazil, so what do you expect but happy, dancing, cheerful people? It’s the home of Samba.”
Adomah who was his club’s best player last season scoring 14 goals played in the Ghana-USA game at the global football fiesta as a substitute.
