Ghana winger Albert Adomah made a quick recovery from an ankle injury to feature in Middlesbrough’s 1-0 away win at Norwich City in the English Championship on Friday night.
The 27-year-old had to be pulled off in the 80th-minute of Tuesday’s 2-1 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers after he picked up an injury.
Adomah, who played full-time, was shown a yellow card in the 65th minute for a bad foul and could have been sent off in the 82nd minute for another foul.
Norwich City’s Alexander Tettey scored an own goal to hand Middlesbrough a maximum points.
